Christian Art was founded by father Patrick van der Vorst, priest of the Diocese of Westminster. Patrick is a former auctioneer and Director of Sotheby’s Europe. After spending 25 years in the art world, Patrick completed four years of studies in Rome and was ordained to the priesthood in June 2023.

Christian Art’s mission is to offer a pathway to grow closer to God through the Beauty of art and the Gospels. Every morning an email is sent out to now over 75,000 free daily subscribers, where Father Patrick pairs the Gospel Reading of the day with a work of art and writes a short reflection.
