De La Salle Brothers in Ireland, Great Britain and Malta are recruiting a Director of Formation.

The District of Ireland, Great Britain and Malta invites applications from eligible, outstanding educators with the requested qualifications and experience for the post of Director of Formation.

The Director of Formation is a full-time position in the District of Ireland, Great Britain and Malta. The Director of Formation serves in the Office of Mission and reports to the Director of Mission. Secondment will be considered if its conditions satisfy the key requirements for the role.

Main Responsibilities: The successful candidate, as a valued member of the team within the Office of Mission, will plan, implement, deliver and evaluate District Formation Programmes at all levels.

Remuneration: Depends upon previous experience and will reflect the administrative and leadership nature of the role. As a guideline, the salary package is in the range of that of a Deputy to Assistant Head/Principal.

Starting Date: Negotiable, but not later than 01.09.2023
